  Do not use Berkeley Service for any tax related business. 19 years of business gone due to the fact that Berkeley Service does not answer phone calls or call back when they said they would. My father and I have spent around $1600 just on tax refunds to be prepared by Berkeley Service over the past 19 years and they have lost both of our business. We had to call multiple times, starting in March 25, 2017 to confirm they e filed the refund with the IRS and they said that they did fine on the 25th... I did not find out until April the 12th that they never e-file my taxes with the IRS so I called again and was told they would call me back in a few minutes. I never heard back so I called back on April the 13th and Tina could not tell me when they filled my taxes with the IRS. So they filled my taxes almost a month after they said they did. I have to wait another month to get my refund when I was supposed to. Tina said "they can't do anything about it". We will be using another company from now on. Even H&R Block offer to atleast pay some of your refund., you'd think Berkeley would since they screwed up. To be fair, until this year, they have been decent with everything but this is unacceptable, especially since "they can't do anything to help".
