  Flagship was amazing to both buy and sell with. They are down to earth and communicate well, making the selling and buying process way less complicated. They use an amazing photographer to shoot their listings and our house sold super fast (well under a month) and we bought one of their listings as well. Both Closings were a breeze and I always felt in the loop. They went above and beyond to make us satisfied and were very ethical and professional (as dual agents). Would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy, sell, or rent out property. Great group of folks!

  They never answer the phone. They take extremely long to fix anything. They never wanna give ur deposit back. My mom has rented from them twice. The first time she rented from them there was an issue with the owner of the house he didn't know if he wanted to sell it or rent it that was a big mess. So she never left flagship she just moved to a different rental with them after they refused to give her deposit back on that because they said she had to contact the owner of the home (really) so she had to pay another deposit to relocate the was there about 3 yrs recently moved and we had the place cleaned from top to bottom so no one could say anything about damages. We then call to fo the 30 day notice we was told to email thru the website. I did just that only for when it's time to give up the deposit the can't find my email. I recommend giving a written notice record urself giving it to them make sure u get names if who u speak with obviously they don't communicate. That's how they get u, tell u to email it so they can later say they didn't receive it. I highly recommend renting elsewhere. I am currently seeking legal assistance in the matter because they are scammers they only want ur money. RENT ELSEWHERE PLEASE SAVE URSELF THE HEADACHE
